Heartbeats Unlimited is my passion project.

Personal experience can motivate us in unexpected ways. After undergoing open heart surgery as a young adult, I was inspired to create Heartbeats Unlimited as a way raise funds and awareness for life-saving causes. I started off producing mixtapes and curating events, but after moving from Miami to New York and completing yoga teacher training, Heartbeats Unlimited morphed into my donation-based yoga initiative. Today, I am a new mom and once again transformed by this experience.

As war and division ravages our planet, I have revived my passion project to stand for solidarity and share practices that promote inner peace.
